English lavender essential oil (L. Angustifolia) is produced using steam distillation of lavender flowers, when the plant is in full bloom. For the steam distillation of lavender essential oil, we use only the best flowers from our fields in the Karst region of Slovenia. The flowers are carefully chosen and no later than within 20 minutes after harvest, they are already in the still.
Lavandula Angustifolia or English lavender can be used in aromatherapy, for relaxation, relieving headaches and insomnia. Pour a drop on the pillow before bedtime or in a hot tub for relaxation or gently rub it onto your temples to relieve headaches.
